Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience in auto parts preferred.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge beneficial.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Manage telephone answering per policy and process BOPIS/ship-to-store orders promptly.
• Oversee returns, exchanges, and refunds with accurate payment processing.
• Ensure merchandise, core charges, and warranties are invoiced before leaving store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks to staff.
• Ensure adherence to posted schedules and proper clock-in/out procedures.
• Perform store opening/closing duties including money handling and security checks.
