Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This position will also assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager.

Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply. You will lead store team members, supervise customer service, handle store transfers and purchases, and ensure proper cash handling and security procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
• Retail sales experience is a plus.
• Automotive knowledge is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Ensure cash handling, opening/closing duties, and security procedures are followed.
