Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role will also assume shift management in the absence of leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• RSS Certification must be obtainable by the candidate.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure adherence to service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered per policy and processes for buy online/ship to store, hub, and transfers are handled timely.
• Manage returns, exchanges, refunds, and proper invoicing of merchandise.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, money handling, deposits, and security of the store.
