Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and assistants in sales, service, store presentation, and operations. This role may assume shift management in the absence of management.

Qualifications

• Strong communication abilities.
• Bilingual in Spanish encouraged.
• Experience in retail or auto parts sales is preferred.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise showroom customer service programs and policies.
• Answer phones and process orders, transfers, and shipments.
• Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and assist with day-end procedures.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and secure cash deposits.
• Support managers and assume shift leadership in their absence.
