Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role will also take on shift management responsibilities when managers are unavailable.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills expected for customer service and team coordination.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification within the onboarding period.
• Spanish language skills are a plus for bilingual service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in showroom and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage phone inquiries and timely processing of store orders and transfers.
• Ensure returns, refunds, and invoicing are accurate and efficient.
• Perform opening/closing duties and safeguard cash and premises.
