Qualifications

• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels in the retail showroom including team execution on service programs.
• Ensure proper processing of online orders and customer communications.
• Efficient handling of retail customer returns and exchanges.
• Perform all store opening and closing duties including financial security.
