O'Reilly Auto Parts in Perham, MN is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in sales, customer service, and operations. You will help supervise the showroom, assist with shifting responsibilities, and ensure timely processing of orders and transfers.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub, and store-to-store transfers and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently using the outside purchase ledger.
• Ensure returns and exchanges are processed accurately and refunds issued correctly.
• Invoicing of merchandise including core charges and warranties before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure compliance with work schedules, clock-ins/outs, and security procedures.
• Perform opening/closing duties and day-end procedures, deposits, and security checks.
• All other duties as assigned.
