Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist in Minnesota to support the Store Manager and operate the store in sales, service, and appearance. The role may include shift management responsibilities when leadership is absent, and bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities include supervising customer service, processing orders and transfers, and ensuring accurate invoicing and store execution.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge is desirable.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure program execution.
• Handle phone inquiries per company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders efficiently.
• Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and promptly.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and coordinate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure adherence to posted work schedules and complete day-end procedures.
