O'Reilly Auto Parts in Washington state is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This position may assume shift management in their absence.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, with responsibilities including leading a team to deliver exceptional service, handling store procedures, and ensuring accurate invoicing, returns, and transfers to maintain a smooth shopping

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills.
• RSS Certification is required.
• Experience in auto parts retail is preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure policy adherence.
• Ensure orders, transfers, and external purchases are processed timely and accurately.
• Handle returns, refunds, and invoicing according to procedures.
• Oversee daily opening/closing duties, money handling, and security procedures.
• Coordinate with management to ensure schedule adherence and clock-ins/outs.
