• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Oversee customer service levels in the showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Handle store opening/closing duties, money handling, and end-of-day procedures.
• Supervise transfers, special orders, returns, and invoicing before products leave the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
