O’Reilly Auto Parts in Washington State is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in sales, service, and operations. You will help manage daily store functions, uphold customer service standards, and take on shift-management responsibilities when managers are absent.

The role emphasizes strong communication, potential bilingual capabilities, and a path toward increased responsibility within a dynamic retail environment.

Formación

• Strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification is required to fulfill the role.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team members to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure policy adherence for calls and transfers.
• Handle store opening/closing duties, cash handling, and end-of-day procedures.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and outside purchases in a timely manner and communicate shipments to customers.
• Manage returns and exchanges, issue refunds correctly, and stage returned merchandise.
• Oversee merchandising tasks and ensure adherence to schedules and security protocols.
