Responsibilities

• Lead store team members to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure policy adherence for calls and transfers.
• Handle store opening/closing duties, cash handling, and end-of-day procedures.
• Process buy online/ship to store, transfers, and outside purchases in a timely manner and communicate shipments to customers.
• Manage returns and exchanges, issue refunds correctly, and stage returned merchandise.
• Oversee merchandising tasks and ensure adherence to schedules and security protocols.
