You will help manage daily shifts, assist customers, and ensure accurate transactions and timely communication across departments.

The role emphasizes strong teamwork, reliability, and the ability to handle diverse responsibilities from opening/closing procedures to inventory and customer needs, with opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom to include team member execution on customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store to store transfers, and DC add orders promptly and contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle returns and exchanges efficiently and issue refunds using correct payment methods.
