Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role may assume shift management in the absence of store leadership; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

You will lead team members to deliver excellent service to retail and professional customers, process orders and returns, manage transfers, and help ensure security and cash procedures are followed in daily

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts (desirable).
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge (desirable).
• ASE Certification (desirable).
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service and supervise showroom execution.
• Oversee call handling, transfers, and order processing per policy.
• Manage opening/closing duties, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Ensure returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed efficiently and accurately.
