O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support management in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations in Battle Ground, WA. The role may assume shift management in the absence of the Store Manager.

Strong communication skills and RSS Certification are required; bilingual abilities (Spanish) are highly valued. Prior retail or auto parts knowledge is beneficial and opportunities for career growth are highlighted in the compensation package.

Qualificações

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).
• Retail sales experience or automotive knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and related programs (Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process Buy Online/Ship to Store, hub and store-to-store transfers timely and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently using the outside purchase order ledger.
• Ensure returns and exchanges are handled in an efficient, friendly manner with correct refunds and processing.
• Invoice all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure clock-in/out, schedule adherence, and security procedures are followed.
