Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• RSS Certification must be obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service levels and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Answer telephone according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders promptly.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently using the electronic ledger.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before it leaves the store, including core charges and warranties.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Oversee clock-in/out, schedules, and day-end procedures including deposits and security checks.
• Perform all opening/closing duties and act on other duties as assigned.
