Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Managers in sales, customer service, and store operations. The role includes shift management duties in the absence of supervisors and accountability for showroom execution, inventories, and payments.

Essential duties include leading service excellence, coordinating purchases, processing transfers, and ensuring accurate invoicing and returns.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience preferred, automotive parts background helpful.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish desired).
• ASE certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure policy-compliant interactions.
• Process buy online/ship to store and transfers in a timely manner; notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders, outside purchases, returns, refunds, and invoicing per procedure.
• Ensure proper scheduling, clocking in/out, and day-end procedures; assist with opening/closing duties.
