Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist in Lancaster, CA to support store leadership with sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. The role may assume shift management responsibilities when managers are absent.

You will lead a team to deliver outstanding service to retail and professional customers, manage in-store processes, and ensure returns, orders, and stock are handled efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and drive programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
• Ensure telephone is answered per policy and orders/shipments are processed timely.
