O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations, with shift management responsibilities in their absence.

You will lead team members to deliver excellent service to retail and professional customers, manage requests like transfers and special orders, and ensure accurate invoicing and policy adherence across daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience is desired.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge is desired.
• ASE Certification is desired.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsabilités

• Lead team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Oversee showroom customer service levels and related programs.
• Support store operations and shift management in absence of supervisors.
• Ensure timely processing of transfers, special orders, and returns.
• Perform opening/closing duties and secure money and premises.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
