O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store leadership in sales, customer service, and store operations. The role may include shift management in the absence of managers, with bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

The position emphasizes team leadership, efficiency in processing orders, and maintaining store presentation and procedures to ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience in auto parts desirable.
• Automotive systems knowledge beneficial.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsabilités

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and drive related sales programs.
• Answer phones per company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store and store transfers efficiently and contact customers on shipment arrivals.
