Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience in auto parts desirable.
• Automotive systems knowledge beneficial.
• ASE Certification preferred.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and drive related sales programs.
• Answer phones per company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store and store transfers efficiently and contact customers on shipment arrivals.
