Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create amazing customer experiences across our U.S. and Canada stores. You’ll lead selling on the floor, open/close shifts, and mentor a field team when a manager isn’t present.

You will promote Warby Parker's values, share brand philosophy, and contribute to store operations, process improvements, and various projects. A proactive, entrepreneurial teammate with strong communication will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Professional retail experience at a customer-focused company, with at least 6 months in a management role.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver top-notch customer service.
• Calm under pressure with quick adaptability.

• Curious and eager to learn new processes and products.
