You will lead floor sales, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present, while upholding Warby Parker's values and vision.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ months in a management role and a passion for customer service, adaptability, and teamwork to foster an inclusive, high-energy retail environment.

Responsibilities
