Warby Parker is seeking a Sales Supervisor to help create extraordinary customer experiences across our retail locations. You will share Warby Parker's story on the sales floor, participate in process improvements, and lead on-floor selling in the manager's absence.

• Backed by professional retail experience at a customer-focused company, plus 6+ months in a management position.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver top-notch customer service.
