Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a Sales Supervisor to create exceptional experiences for customers. In this role, you will share the Warby Parker story, participate in process ideation, and lead on-floor selling when a manager is not present.

You will open and close the store and help foster an inclusive culture of respect for customers and teammates. Ideal candidates have retail experience with some management exposure, strong communication skills, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• Retail experience in a customer-focused environment.
• 6+ months in a management role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly.
