Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to help create nothing-short-of-amazing experiences for our customers across our retail locations. In this role, you’ll share Warby Parker’s story, lead on the floor, and participate in special projects.

You’ll lead selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present. You’ll open and close the store and foster an inclusive culture.

• Retail experience at a customer-focused company with 6+ months in a management role.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for top-notch customer service.
