Warby Parker is seeking a Sales Supervisor to create exceptional customer experiences across its retail network. You’ll share our story, participate in process improvements, and lead on-floor selling when managers aren’t present.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in a management position within a retail environment.
• Experience in a customer-focused company is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
