Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create nothing-short-of-amazing experiences for customers across our stores in the U.S. and Canada.

You will lead on the sales floor, share our story, and participate in process improvements and special projects. Ideal candidates have retail experience with at least 6 months in a supervisory role, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

Qualifications

• Retail experience at a customer-focused company with 6+ months in a management role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for top-notch customer service.
• Ability to stay cool under pressure and adapt quickly.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive problem-solving.
• Team player who helps customers and teammates.
• Not on the Office of Inspector General's LEIE list.

Responsibilities

• Share Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy with customers.
• Lead selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager is not present.
• Open and close the store.
• Participate in process ideation and improvement, plus special projects.
