Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to elevate customer experiences across our retail locations. You will lead on the floor, support front-of-house operations, and partner with store teammates to deliver Warby Parker's story with every interaction.

You bring retail experience and at least 6 months in a supervisory role, outstanding communication, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience of at least 6 months.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the selling on the floor and front-of-house operations.
• Share Warby Parker's story and mission with customers.
• Contribute to process ideation and improvement on store level.
• Open and close the store when required.
