Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a Sales Supervisor to help create exceptional customer experiences. You will lead the selling on the sales floor, oversee front-of-house operations, and guide the team in absence of a manager.

You should bring retail experience, strong communication, and an entrepreneurial spirit to drive innovative ways to improve the glasses-shopping experience. This is a full-time role with a competitive compensation package.

• Management experience of at least 6 months.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-floor selling and customer interactions to reflect Warby Parker's brand values.
• Oversee front-of-house operations and team touch-bases when a manager is not present.
• Open and close the store as required.
• Foster an inclusive culture and treat customers and teammates with respect.
• Provide product knowledge and style advice, and share the company story.
