Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create exceptional experiences for customers. You will lead on the floor, oversee front-of-house operations, and participate in team touch-bases when a manager isn’t present.

You’ll bring 6+ months in management, strong communication, adaptability, and an entrepreneurial spirit to drive innovative ways to reinvent the glasses-shopping experience.

• Backed by professional retail experience at a customer-focused company, plus 6+ months in a management position.
• Equipped with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver top-notch customer service.
