Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create exceptional customer experiences across our U.S. and Canada stores.

You will lead the selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases in a manager's absence, while sharing Warby Parker's story and mission with customers. You bring retail experience with at least 6 months in a leadership role, strong interpersonal skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit.

• Retail experience in a customer-focused environment with at least 6 months in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-floor selling and front-of-house operations to drive performance.
• Share Warby Parker's story and brand philosophy with customers, offering thoughtful style advice.
• Contribute to process ideation and store improvements and participate in special projects.
• Open and close the store and lead team touch-bases when a manager is not present.
