Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to deliver nothing-short-of-amazing experiences for our customers. Across all retail locations in the U.S. and Canada, Sales Supervisors contribute to the success of our business firsthand through face-to-face customer interactions.

• Professional retail experience in a customer-focused company and at least 6+ months in a management position.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver top-notch customer service.
• Ability to stay cool under pressure and adapt quickly.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive mindset and self-motivation.
• Pride in work, positive energy, and willingness to lead by example.
