Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to craft exceptional customer experiences across its U.S. and Canada stores.

You will lead on-floor selling, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager isn’t present, while sharing Warby Parker’s story and mission with shoppers. Ideal candidates bring retail experience with a customer focus, 6+ months in a management role, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
