Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to craft nothing-short-of-amazing customer experiences. In this role you will share Warby Parker's story on the sales floor, contribute to process improvements, and engage in special projects across our U.S.

and Canada locations. You will lead floor selling, front-of-house operations, and team check-ins when a manager isn't present, while opening and closing the store and fostering an inclusive culture with customers and teammates alike.

Qualifications

• Backed by professional retail experience at a customer-focused company, plus 6+ months in a management position
• Equipped with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to deliver top-notch customer service
• Cool under pressure and able to adapt quickly
