Warby Parker is hiring a Sales Supervisor to help create amazing customer experiences across our U.S. and Canada retail locations.

You will lead on-floor sales, front‑of‑house operations, and team touch‑bases in the absence of a manager, while sharing Warby Parker's story and mission with customers. You bring retail experience with a customer focus and at least 6 months in a supervisory role, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive, entrepreneurial spirit.

• Minimum 6+ months in a management position
