Warby Parker is seeking a Sales Supervisor to create exceptional experiences for customers across our U.S. stores. You will lead on-floor selling, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager isn’t present, while promoting Warby Parker’s values on the sales floor.

The role requires retail experience with leadership experience and a passion for customer service. You’ll work with an upbeat team, drive innovative ideas, and foster an inclusive, respectful store culture.

Qualifications

• Retail experience at a customer-focused company with at least 6 months in a management role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for top-notch customer service.
• Able to stay cool under pressure, adaptable, proactive, and self-motivated.
