Warby Parker seeks a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create exceptional customer experiences across our U.S. and Canada stores. You will lead on the sales floor, open/close operations, and support the team in delivering Warby Parker’s story and product knowledge.

You bring retail experience with some management exposure, strong communication, and an entrepreneurial mindset to drive service excellence and store improvements.

Qualifications

• Retail experience at a customer-focused company with a supervisory stint.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deliver great service.
• Ability to lead on the sales floor when a manager isn’t present.
• Entrepreneurial and proactive approach to improve store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead selling on the floor, front-of-house operations, and team check-ins.
• Open and close the store and promote a service-minded environment.
• Share Warby Parker’s story and product knowledge with customers.
• Contribute to process improvements and special projects.
