Job summary

Michaels Stores in Rockwall, TX seeks a Sales Manager to lead front-end and service operations, driving selling behaviors, brand standards and KPI achievement. You’ll coach teams, manage day-to-day store execution and deliver an engaging customer experience.

Responsibilities include SOP adherence, POS operations, loyalty program promotion, and omni-channel service delivery, with nights, weekends and early mornings as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors to drive conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Ensure accurate and efficient use of POS and Self-Checkout systems, supporting smooth transactions.
• Oversee Balloon business, birthday party operations, and other in-store programs and events.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Loyalty Rewards Program to drive retention.
