Job summary

Michaels Stores is seeking a Sales Manager in Keller, TX to lead a high-performing selling culture and oversee front-end and service operations. You will coach the team to meet KPIs, ensure brand standards, and deliver an engaging customer experience across all store programs.

Responsibilities include managing POS systems, supporting omni-channel services, and driving loyalty enrollments while maintaining strong asset protection practices. Nights, weekends, and early mornings are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Experience leading front-end and service operations.
• Ability to coach staff toward customer-focused selling behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion selling culture across the store.
• Oversee front-end and service operations to meet KPIs.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and ensure operational continuity.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and drive customer retention.
• Drive omni-channel service, including BOPIS and delivery.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and coaching.
• Support asset protection and store safety practices.
