Your role includes coaching on selling behaviors, managing POS and Self-Checkout, and executing store programs. Responsibilities include MOD coverage, loyalty enrollment, and oversight of programs like Balloons, Knit & Sew, and Custom Framing where applicable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion selling culture across the store.
• Oversee front-end and service operations to ensure brand standards.
• Coach team on customer experience and accuracy of POS operations.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain store conditions.
• Promote loyalty programs to drive retention and visits.
• Drive omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
