Michaels is hiring a Sales Manager for our store in New Castle, PA to lead a high‑performing team, drive sales results, and deliver an engaging customer experience. This role oversees front‑end and service operations, ensuring brand standards and operational excellence.

The position requires 3+ years of retail leadership, strong coaching, and the ability to manage SOPs, POS systems, loyalty programs, and omni‑channel services.

Formación

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure adherence to policies and standards; hold team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout systems for smooth transactions.
• Promote loyalty rewards and drive customer retention through consistent execution.
• Drive omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
