• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Ensure accurate POS and Self-Checkout usage.
• Oversee in-store programs (Balloons, Knit & Sew Shop, etc.).
• Promote loyalty enrollment and protection plan adoption.
• Train, coach, and develop team members.
