Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems for smooth transactions.
• Oversee in-store programs (Loyalty, protection plans, events) and omni-channel services (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
• Drive sales and operational excellence in knit & sew shop and related services.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Support Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink and maintain safety.
