• Ensure execution of policies and brand standards at store level.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and selling behaviors.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout, and omni-channel order fulfillment.
• Drive loyalty program enrollment and protection plan adoption.
