Warby Parker is opening a new store and seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of Retail Advisors. You will manage daily store operations, supervise 8–10 teammates, handle inventory and POS issues, and contribute to process improvements that enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a management position within retail or customer-focused environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Warby Parker values and brand to customers.
• Own troubleshooting for the point-of-sale system.
• Oversee store inventory management procedures.
• Develop processes to improve customer shopping experiences.
• Manage and implement daily zoning schedules.
• Open and close the store.
• Lead shift start/end meetings and roundtables.
• Direct a team of 8–10 team members and model great service.
• Assist with biannual performance reviews with Store Leader.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and ongoing training.
• Foster an inclusive, service-minded culture.
