Warby Parker in New York City is seeking a service-oriented Sales Manager to lead a team of Retail Advisors, shaping unforgettable glasses-shopping experiences. You will own store operations, help develop processes, and partner with store leadership on strategic projects.

You’ll manage 8–10 teammates, conduct biannual reviews with the Store Leader, support on-boarding and training, and ensure every customer is treated with respect in a friendly, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience with 1+ year in a management position.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer-focused mindset.
• Managerial experience in sales or operations at a complex retailer.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers.
• Own troubleshooting for our point-of-sale system.
• Oversee the store's inventory management procedures.
• Develop new processes that improve service and shopping experiences.
• Manage and implement daily zoning schedules.
• Open and close the store and lead shift meetings.
