Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8–10 Retail Advisors and model exceptional service.
• Oversee daily store operations, scheduling, and open/close duties.
• Own troubleshooting for the point-of-sale system and inventory procedures.
• Develop processes to improve customer shopping experiences.
• Lead shift-start and end meetings, including roundtables and briefings.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and ongoing training.
• Conduct biannual performance reviews in collaboration with leadership.
• Foster an inclusive, service-minded work culture.
• Drive and implement store initiatives and special projects.
