Warby Parker is seeking a service-oriented Sales Manager to lead a team of Retail Advisors in creating outstanding glasses-shopping experiences. You’ll engage with customers, drive process improvements, and participate in special projects as part of our dynamic store leadership team.

Ideal candidates have retail experience with 1+ year in management, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive, team‑oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Retail experience with 1+ year in a management position.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to lead a small team.
• Managerial experience in sales or operations at a customer‑focused retailer.
• Self‑starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and eagerness to learn.
• Able to motivate and elevate team performance to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers.
• Own troubleshooting for our point-of-sale system.
• Oversee the store's inventory management procedures.
• Develop new processes that improve service and shopping experiences.
• Manage and implement daily zoning schedules.
• Open and close the store.
• Lead meetings at shift starts and end-of-day roundtables.
• Direct a team of 8–10 team members and model great service.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and ongoing training.
