Warby Parker is opening a new store and seeks a service-oriented Sales Manager to lead Retail Advisors in delivering exceptional glasses shopping experiences. You’ll engage customers, contribute to process improvements, and drive special projects with our leaders.

You will manage a team of 8–10, run shift meetings, and support hiring and training while upholding Warby Parker's values in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-service mindset.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers.
• Own troubleshooting for our point-of-sale system.
• Oversee store inventory management procedures.
• Develop processes to improve customer service and shopping experiences.
• Lead daily team meetings and manage scheduling.
• Open and close the store and supervise a team of 8–10.
• Participate in performance reviews and onboarding.
