Responsibilities

• Lead and champion a high-performing selling culture across the store.
• Oversee front-end and service operations to ensure consistent selling behaviors and brand standards.
• Drive key sales and service KPIs through leadership, coaching, and daily execution.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems to support transactions.
