Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Sales Manager for the West Lebanon, NH store to lead a high-performing selling culture, drive sales results, and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will oversee front-end operations, coaching, and daily execution of brand standards and SOPs.

The role requires strong leadership, customer focus, and the ability to manage omni-channel activities including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery, with nights, weekends, and early mornings as part of work hours.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards, holding team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors to drive conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership, service standards, and operational continuity.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout systems to support smooth transactions and customer support.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Loyalty Rewards Program to drive retention and repeat visits.
